Overview

Printzen Mobile Print Services (“the App”) is a thermal printer utility for Android. The App enables printing documents, images, and other content to thermal printers via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (WLAN), USB, and NFC.

The App operates entirely on your device. No user data is collected, stored, or transmitted to external servers.

Local HTTP Server

The App runs an optional local HTTP server (port 8632) for web application integration. This server:

• Operates exclusively on the local network (LAN)
• Does not accept connections from the internet
• Requires an API key for authentication
• Does not log or store print content

What the App Does NOT Do

• Does not collect personal information (name, email, phone)
• Does not track location
• Does not use analytics or tracking services
• Does not display advertisements
• Does not transmit any data to external servers
• Does not access contacts, camera, or microphone

In-App Purchases

The App offers a Pro upgrade via Google Play Billing. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not process or store any payment information.

Third-Party SDKs

The App includes printer manufacturer SDKs (SII SDK, MPA SDK, Rongta SDK) solely for printer communication. These SDKs operate locally and do not transmit data to external servers.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Data Retention

Since no user data is collected or transmitted, there is no data to retain or delete. Printer configuration stored locally on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in Android Settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
